This is a small personal service, so this is a short, plain-language policy, not a legal document.
What I keep
Just what I need to remind you: your name, your WhatsApp number, and the dates and details you send me (a bill amount, a medicine name, a due date). Nothing more.
Where it lives
Your details are kept in encrypted documents, only accessible to me. There's no shared spreadsheet, no database open to the internet, no third-party app reading your messages.
What I use it for
Sending you the reminders you signed up for. That's it. I don't sell, share, or use your information for anything else.
Your control
Want something corrected or deleted, or want to stop altogether? Just message me on WhatsApp and I'll sort it out, usually within the day.
